An architecture of fragments—supported by stone, softened by wood. At the heart of the estate, nestled among vineyards and pine trees, slender structures extend the historic wings and create a discreet space within the landscape.

The project brings together a hands-on baking school—featuring spaces for instruction, an open bakery, and tasting areas—and a market hall dedicated to local produce. One facility, two purposes: learning and sharing.
